CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for whatever reason, you need to cancel or are not able to attend a live event, workshop and/or private session(s), we require 24 Hour notice cancellation. We will issue a 50% refund if cancelled within 24 Hour period. Please see our Refund Policy below.

(NOTE – we do know things come up last minute and emergencies happen, because of this, we will consider extenuating circumstances on an individual basis).

REFUND POLICY
LIVE EVENTS, GROUP WORKSHOPS and/or ONE-ON-ONE Services (#soulaborations services, private sessions, packages; such as coaching and reiki):

  • Must be paid in full prior to date of scheduled event, workshop, session(s) or webinar services provided.

  • If there is the option to pay at time or day of event (“at door”), set fee must paid in full before attending and service provided.

  • We do not issue refunds unless we are given 24 Hour notice of cancellation, in which we will offer a 50% refund.

You are responsible to arrive on time to scheduled events, and although we do allow 15 Minute grace period, our doors will close (as to be in consideration of other guests and not allow for disruptions or disturbances) after 15 minutes of scheduled start time, in which we will not be able to issue a refund should you arrive after the 15 minutes.

ONLINE SERVICES (digital downloads; e-book (#soulbook) packages, online course materials, meditations and/or online web services)

Because of the digital nature of our courses, materials and/or programs, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances on downloadable courses, materials or packages.

#SOULSHIFT PRODUCTS

Our Refund Policy on tangible products is good 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards/certificates.

  • Downloadable or digital products or services.

  • Some health and personal care items (essential oils, crystals, #soulspirational cards, etc...)

  • Event Tickets (see Cancellation Policy above)

  • Subscription packages or any kind

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days according to credit processing time.

We do not offer refunds on discounted or sale items.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@soul-shift.com.
